Everything You Need To Prepare For Your Driving Test

Nigerians in Canada

After you arrive in Canada, your Nigeria’s drivers licence should be valid for driving for a few months or as approved by your provincial licensing office. You are required to pass both theory and practical driving test before getting a Canadian drivers licence. Also note that the type of licence you get depends on how much driving experience you have, so if you have less than 2 years driving experience you might not be eligible for a full drivers licence.

While it might be challenging to arrive prepared to take your practical driving test as the rules of the road is different from Nigeria’s, it is possible to arrive prepared and ready to take your written theory driving test. Here are links to each province Driver’s Handbook, downloading the pdf formats and studying it would help you to arrive prepared to take your written theory test.
